“Journal That’s Red All Over” is a 12-page book that tells the story of an unnamed character that finally realizes their dream of starting a band with their friends. The story progresses through the main character’s journal entries. These pages contain snapshots of how the character felt while going through all the hardships that eventually lead them to a place where they can live their most sought-after life.

Another layer to this story is that every journal entry relates back to the color red. Red being an intense color that makes one feel many emotions whenever we come across it. The main character goes through many emotions leading up to the climax of the story, which are displayed not only by their entries, but also by the music they’re writing as well.
